This Privacy Policy describes how Threads of Gold Counseling, pllc (“the Practice,” “I,” or “me”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website (threadsofgoldcounseling.com). Protected health information (PHI) shared in the context of clinical care is governed separately, under Colorado law and the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided to clients as part of intake.

Clients should not send PHI through the website contact form or general email. For clinical communication, secure channels are established during intake.
